7. Standards and Integrity
All wines sold on the itaste Wines website meet all aspects of the Food Standards Australia, New Zealand Authority (Standard 4.5.1) and comply with the Label Integrity Program and Register of Protected Geographical Indications and Other Terms.
8. Legal Drinking Age
Anyone aged 18 or under is prohibited by Australia’s laws to buy alcohol in any form. If you are underage and are caught drinking in licensed premises or public areas without supervision, you may be issued a warning, fined on spot, or referred to the court, at the discretion of the police officer on duty. A person must be 18 years of age & acknowledge this on checking out.
9. Marketing and Promotional material
All our customers may receive informative as well as promotional mailers from our side to keep them updated on latest happenings at itaste Wines. However, if you wish to opt out of our mailers please advise us accordingly.
